CAPACITY / PETS

• No more than 4 persons are to be accommodated in the chalet.

• Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

RENTAL & DEPOSIT PAYMENTS

• A booking deposit of 30% of your rental fee is payable upon confirmation of booking.

• The balance of your rental free is payable 1 calendar month prior to your arrival date.

• A security deposit of £100 is also to be paid alongside your balance payment. This deposit will be refunded within 3 days of your departure provided that there is no evidence of damage or any items discovered to be missing.

• The booking deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to find alternative guests for your requested dates.
